Fighting, tactics & logistics
Garamond commits engineers to lateral roads and outflanks successive Loknari positions. The defenders create shared reserve stocks, reducing dependence on individual districts. A Garabech-supported counterattack holds one junction long enough to remove field hospitals. By spring the confederate army is forced into a smaller interior zone.
Civilian consequences
Displaced communities crowd districts already supplying troops. Local leaders must share food beyond tribal boundaries, testing the confederation's wartime institutions.
Outcome & wider significance
Axis operational victory compresses Loknar's defense. Organized resistance survives into the later source-established defeat of the remaining conventional forces.
