Medevar intends to sever Garabech's principal military crossing at Sorn. Garabech must keep the crossing usable, even if neither bank can be made completely safe.

Engineers restore limited movement while infantry expands the protective perimeter.
Civilian consequences
Bridge workers face continuous risk despite serving outside assault formations. Riverside households lose access to markets and clean wells as defensive works absorb their streets.
Outcome & wider significance
Garabech keeps Sorn operating at reduced capacity. This proposed battle develops the source-established Sorn rivalry without claiming that every invented phase appears in a newspaper.
