Strategic objective
This proposed campaign connects the pressure of Sharkstrike and the continental Allied fronts to the end of Hukular's capacity for general offensive war. It does not assign an unsupported canonical death or capture date to Tarf Kunder II.

Fighting, tactics & logistics
Allied commands seek transport and command centers rather than an indiscriminate advance across every district. Hukular concentrates experienced units around remaining supply corridors while its coalition partners face their own pressures. Proposed Allied operations isolate these concentrations, accept local surrenders and protect repair crews needed for relief. The final phase is uneven disarmament, not the simultaneous disappearance of every armed group.
Civilian consequences
Civilians need food, identification services and protection from arbitrary retaliation. Detention and investigation require records so that political responsibility is not reduced to collective punishment of entire communities.
Outcome & wider significance
A proposed end to Hukular's organized continental war by September 1230 helps explain the later concentration on the Grand Isles. The precise dates, political settlement and fate of individual leaders remain proposals for creator review.
