The final Teran assault isolates the depot quarter; surviving defenders leave through a previously prepared rear corridor.
Civilian consequences
Shelters protect people from fragments but cannot restore clean water. The municipality evacuates children first, then struggles to reunite families scattered by the final withdrawal.
