Fighting, tactics & logistics

A blocked street forces the convoy to divide. One group reaches the western exit; another abandons vehicles and carries selected registers on foot. Hukular captures buildings but not every institution's records.

A dispatch report and a delivery report answer different questions. Confusing them can make a headquarters believe a unit is supplied when its cargo is delayed or missing. The source gives logistical specialists responsibilities that include documentation, allocation and accountability; those duties explain why the convoy is an administrative system as well as a group of vehicles.
