Strategic objective
Talgareth seeks to eliminate the remaining organized Qeviran front and free troops for pressure toward Avenrath. Qevira tries to preserve cadres for later resistance.
Ground & operational constraints
The shrinking defense depends on coastal warehouses and short inland routes. Overcrowded ports cannot simultaneously load troops, wounded civilians and machinery at full speed.

Commands & participating forces
Named operational commanders and supporting force groupings below are proposed additions unless explicitly marked creator-established. They are not a recovered order of battle or a claim of precise unit strength.
| Nation | Commander | Status | Forces |
|---|---|---|---|
| Talgareth | Talven Rusk | Proposed operational commander | Infantry columns, road-repair services and occupation security sustain the southern Viar offensive while stretching a limited transport pool. |
| Qevira | Qeren Valis | Proposed operational commander | Compact infantry defenses, coastal transport detachments and local relief services preserve a reduced state and later support resistance networks. |
Fighting, tactics & logistics
Talgareth makes a limited inland attack to draw reserves, then presses the coastward approaches. Qeviran commanders stagger withdrawals to protect the final transport points. Rear guards destroy military fuel stocks after evacuation. Scattered survivors disperse rather than surrender as one intact army.
Civilian consequences
Families who lack transport remain under occupation. Proposed relief networks retain civil registries and distribute food without falsely presenting every participant as an armed partisan.
Outcome & wider significance
Talgareth establishes conventional control while Qeviran resistance changes form. Its southern Viar commitment helps explain later pressure on Avenrath.
