Fighting, tactics & logistics
Axis artillery concentrates on communications and observation posts before attacking the seam between formations. Noryndor shifts reserves from its center, but congestion delays their arrival. A local counterattack opens an escape lane. Withdrawal becomes general once Kharveth threatens the rail unloading zone behind the line.
Civilian consequences
Refugee columns are rerouted away from demolition areas. Officials destroy selected military stores but preserve food intended for civilians who cannot leave.
Outcome & wider significance
The western line breaks in March 1212, as documented. The proposed account emphasizes loss of operational coordination rather than depicting every Noryndorian unit as defeated in place.
