Fighting, tactics & logistics
Trenoan and Huqaiti forces open the battle before Silvia enters the war. Syran counterattacks repeatedly, preventing stable use of the roads. Kandar changes Allied expectations, but no Silvian field force is inserted into this early struggle. The source places Dask’s Fifth Army deployment in November 1226. The Allies expand repair facilities and secure the approaches in stages.
Civilian consequences
Civilian carriers face requisition from changing authorities. Families return cautiously because control of the junction does not guarantee safety on every surrounding road.
Outcome & wider significance
Proposed Allied consolidation in February 1224. Fighting begins before Kandar and remains active afterward; later source-established Silvian possession of Narash in 1227 is preserved.
